Introduction

Let's discover Tawuniya Library in less than 5 minutes.

What you'll need​

  • Node.js version 18.0 or above:
    • When installing Node.js, you are recommended to check all checkboxes related to dependencies.
  • React, React Dom version 19.0 or above:
    • When installing npm packages if faced issue (npm install tawuniya --legacy-peer-deps).
  • Next.js:
    • If using Next.js, ensure React version is 19.0 or above.

When installing the Tawuniya UI Library for the first time, you might encounter issues related to Git SSL or the NPM Registry. To avoid these issues, follow the steps below:

Disable SSL verification in Git

git config --global http.sslVerify false

Use the Tawuniya Nexus Registry

npm config --global set registry http://nexus.tawuniya.com/repository/npm-group/

Getting Started​

Run this command to install the library in your project.

npm install tawuniya

You can type this command into Command Prompt, Powershell, Terminal, or any other integrated terminal of your code editor.

The command also installs all necessary dependencies you need to run Tawuniya Library.

Add this line to your app entry point to load all library styles

import "tawuniya/styles.css"
